Communication & Accountability

As your agent, we prioritize your needs as a property owner. We require guests to sign a detailed rental agreement and review important policies prior to check-in, ensuring a smooth rental experience. Our focus is on responsible families and adult groups aged 25 and above, with strict verification and monitoring measures in place. Owners receive monthly statements via email, including invoices for repairs and updates. All revenue is directly deposited into your bank account, and you have access to a dedicated Property Manager with in-depth knowledge of your property.

Housekeeping & Maintenance

High standards are maintained through check-out inspections, resulting in fully booked condos during low seasons and many returning guests. Additionally, our popular linen program guarantees a great appearance and eliminates linen-related concerns for both guests and homeowners. All of our linens are of resort-quality, standardized, white, crisp, and professionally laundered. This program is a must-have for vacation rental owners as it enhances the overall appearance and eliminates many linen-related concerns.

Financial Partnership

Revenue is maximized through dynamic rate structures, optimized marketing, excellent customer service and market monitoring, with any maintenance costs passed on at cost. Coastline's management fee is 25%. This is to provide transparency of cost to our owners. Other firms charge many additional fees beyond the management fee that add up, reducing owner profitability. Our fee is structured so that we make money only if you make money, echoing our focus on building a strong financial partnership with our owners.
