Primary reservation holder must be 25+ with ID verification required. No exceptions.A signed Coastline Condos rental agreement is required within 48 to 72 hours of booking. Arrival details, door codes, and property-specific check-in instructions are released upon completion of the agreement.
No pets. Unauthorized animals will result in a fine.
No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
No college groups or party rentals. Violations may result in fines and immediate eviction with no refunds.
Parking is limited to designated spaces. Street parking is not permitted and vehicles may be towed and fined at the guest’s expense.
No oversized vehicles including RVs, trailers, or boats.
High-speed Wi-Fi is provided; guests who require fully uninterrupted connectivity may wish to travel with a personal hotspot as backup.
