To protect Maravilla’s newly coated walkways, no wheeled items (e.g., luggage, carts, coolers) are permitted on walkways from April 19 through May 23, 2025.

The Coastline Condos team is happy to assist with luggage—just let us know at least 24 hours before arrival, and we’ll coordinate support to make your check-in smooth and stress-free.

Beachfront Ocean View at Maravilla – A Gulf-Front Retreat
Welcome to Maravilla’s most desirable beachfront building #2, where this stunning 3rd-floor condo offers breathtaking Gulf views and a cozy, inviting atmosphere. A unique highlight of this condo is the original beach-scene art painted by the owner, adding charm and personality to your stay.
Perfect for families, snowbirds, and pet owners, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps six comfortably and is equipped with all-tile floors, a washer/dryer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. Spend your days relaxing on the beach with complimentary beach setups (two chairs and an umbrella March through October), or unwind with a book from the condo’s extensive collection.
Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6):
- Master Suite: King bed, Gulf views, private bathroom with shower/tub combo
- Guest Bedroom: Two twin beds, shared bathroom with shower/tub combo
- Living Room: Sofa bed
- Gulf-front location with stunning views
- Spacious 3rd-floor balcony overlooking the beach
- Pet-friendly for small dogs (restrictions apply)
- Fully equipped kitchen, Keurig and drip coffee makers
- Keyless entry and convenient elevator access
- 2 pools (one seasonally heated) and a hot tub
- Gated community with private beach access
- Tennis courts, fitness area, and 6 miles of beachfront walking and cycling paths
Enjoy local dining at Kenny D’s, The Crab Trap, Surf Hut, and Pompano Joe’s. Explore nearby attractions like Silver Sands Outlets, Destin Commons, Grand Boulevard, and family-friendly spots such as Big Kahuna’s Water Park and The Track.
Additional Details:
- Minimum rental age: 25+
- Pet policy: Maximum 2 small dogs under 30 lbs (restrictions apply)
- No smoking allowed
* Welcome Furry Friends!
We allow a maximum of 2 well-trained and groomed indoor dogs under 30 pounds each, with a taxable pet fee of $125 per stay. Please provide your pet’s breed and weight in the comments section during the booking process.
We kindly ask that pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on the property. Please note: Pets are NOT allowed on the beach per local regulations.

While we strive to provide a serene and enjoyable experience, you may encounter some construction noise or activity during your stay. We appreciate your understanding as the community enhances its amenities for the future.
