The property comfortably accommodates 6 guests and is both family and snowbird friendly. The condo has been updated with modern wood-look tiles, washer/dryer, glass top stove, kitchen/bath cabinets and more to enhance the pleasantness of your stay.
Sleeping arrangements include a comfortable king-size bed in the master suite, cozy twin-size bunk beds and queen-size sofa sleeper. The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind, with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals with your loved ones, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and all necessary cookware and utensils.
Our luxury condo is in the cozy Maravilla Resort on Miramar Beach. Take advantage of the many amenities that Maravilla resort has to offer, featuring 2.5 acres of PRIVATE BEACH (say no to crowds), 2 pools (one heated), outdoor Jacuzzi, tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, and clubhouse with exercise room. Elevators and luggage carts are available in the complex for your convenience!
This property requires a minimum age of 25 years or older to rent and pets are prohibited.

This place is everything listed and quite some more. It is a very quiet place, well kept, safe, comfortable air conditioning, well supported beds, equipped kitchen and with plenty of gadgets to cook, with a good-sized refrigerator/freezer, tennis court, and a very well-kept beach area. Great offering and the whole family and visiting extended family had nothing but good things to say about it.

This condo (on the 2nd floor) had a lovely view of the water. You have to cross the road to get to the beach and I initially thought this would be an inconvenience but proved to be a non-event. The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed and more. Lots of good bedding and having the washer & dryer allowed us to pack lighter. Having the use of 2 deck chairs and an umbrella (that are set up for you on the beach) was a nice amenity. The condo complex is well maintained and convenient to restaurants, shopping, etc.
