Welcome to Coastal Cottage—your beachside home base in the gated Maravilla Resort community of Miramar Beach, Florida. This charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath, single-level home is designed for comfort and convenience with a relaxed coastal style the whole family will love.

Everything is on one easy-to-navigate level, highlighted by 9-foot ceilings and a spacious open floor plan that makes time together effortless. Start the day on the shaded back deck with coffee and the Gulf breeze; wind down at sunset with your favorite evening drink.

The fully equipped kitchen has what you need for family breakfasts, simple beach-day lunches, and relaxed dinners after the sun goes down. The inviting living area is perfect for movie nights and game time, and the dining space comfortably brings everyone together.

Your private retreat—the primary suite—features a king bed, a roomy walk-in closet, and a spa-like bath with a garden tub and walk-in shower. Guest rooms include one with a queen bed and another with a twin-over-full bunk, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests.

Guest Agreement & Community Guidelines

• Minimum Age Requirement: The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property, per Maravilla’s HOA rules.
• Signed Rental Agreement Required: After booking, we’ll request your email to send a Coastline Condos rental agreement. This must be signed before arrival. Entry codes are released once the agreement is complete.
• Noise Awareness: Maravilla is a quiet, family-friendly community. Please be respectful of neighbors and observe posted quiet hours.
• Rates & Promotions: Rates, availability, and promotions are subject to change without notice. Special offers may be updated or canceled at Coastline Condos’ discretion.

Winter Guests Welcome

Looking to escape the cold? Coastal Cottage offers monthly rentals from November through February with discounted rates for extended stays. Select a 1st-of-the-month arrival and departure date to preview winter pricing.

Long-Stay Cleaning Fee Policy:
All stays over 30 days will incur an additional $150 cleaning fee, and stays over 60 days will incur an additional $275 fee. These charges will be applied after booking and apply to all reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.
