Our first visit to Destin was years ago when the kids were still living at home. We loved Destin from the first day and vowed that someday we would own a vacation condo there. Some years later we visited Destin again and stayed at the Maravilla Resort. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase a second home there. Friends and relatives asked us to rent the condo to them. We didn't know what to say but "okay." After realizing our guests loved Destin and the condo experience (rather than a hotel) we decided the best thing to do was to make it available to others.

We love Destin... the sugar-white beaches, the restaurants (both fine dining and affordable family dining), outlet mall shopping, fantastic golf courses, terrific family entertainment, the friendly local people, and the gorgeous emerald green Gulf of Mexico.
